SHIPPING POLICY
MADE TO ORDER
Faith Based Merchandise products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed rather than pulled from pre-made inventory.
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time and may vary during periods of high order volume, product availability changes, or other circumstances outside our control.
U.S. SHIPPING
Shipping options and applicable rates are displayed at checkout. Available shipping methods may vary based on the order and delivery destination.
Please note that selecting an expedited shipping method does not eliminate production time. Your order must still be produced before it can be shipped.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to begin showing movement after a shipping notification is sent.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside the control of Faith Based Merchandise may affect delivery times.
If your order has not arrived after its estimated delivery window, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number so we can review the shipment.
LOST PACKAGES
If tracking has stopped updating and you believe your package may be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Lost-package issues should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
